Felix Hohenthanner LL.M.
Associate
Felix Hohenthanner studied business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and graduated with an LL.M. in 2021. During his studies, he gained practical experience working for renowned tax advisory firms and law firms.
After completing his studies, he undertook his court internship in Vienna. He subsequently worked as an associate at a Vienna-based law firm specialising in gaming and betting law and later joined an international law firm focusing on IT law and data protection. In May 2025, he successfully passed the Austrian bar exam at the Higher Regional Court of Vienna and thereafter continued his work at an international law firm in Vienna in the fields of IT law and data protection. Felix Hohenthanner has experience in gaming and betting law as well as IT law and data protection. A particular focus of his practice lies on legal issues relating to new digital developments in the gaming and betting sector as well as regulatory requirements in the digital environment.
Since February 2026, Felix Hohenthanner has been part of the team of Rapani Rechtsanwälte GmbH.
